Booking Terms

By using Dive Malaysia Hub services, you agree to the following terms. All itineraries are subject to availability, marine conditions and safety standards.

Reservations and payment

Trips are confirmed after written approval and deposit payment. Final balances are due according to the timeline in your proposal document.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by route and supplier. Specific conditions are provided at proposal stage before confirmation.

Safety and eligibility

Guests must hold required certifications for selected dive plans and follow safety briefings. We reserve the right to adjust activities for safety or weather reasons.

Liability

Dive Malaysia Hub coordinates services with independent providers and is not liable for delays or disruptions outside reasonable control, including weather, transport interruptions or governmental restrictions.
